At Stem Computer Systems Ltd., we understand that it is important that you receive your goods in a timely fashion.
As the majority of our products have a similar size and weight, we have included the cost of delivery into the price of the product allowing you to see your final cost prior to completing the checkout process. Whilst this simplifies the process for the vast majority of our customers, this means that at present we cannot deliver outside of the U.K. mainland. Our apologies go to any customers who are outside our delivery area.
We use City Link to deliver packages and delivery times are next day for orders placed for items in stock and ordered before 14:00 on a working day. If we receive your order after 14:00, we will still attempt to despatch on the same day, but despatch may not be until the following working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding U.K. public holidays.
Whilst we keep our website updated on a regular basis, there are occasions when we run out of popular items. If we have run out of stock, we will send you an email with a revised despatch date. You may then choose to accept the revised date or to cancel the order.
All deliveries will require a signature on arrival. If the item cannot be delivered, you will receive a card giving you the option of a redelivery or where to collect from.
Returns
We strongly recommend that you read the specifications of any products offered for sale prior to placing any order. In particular, please check the dimensions of your notebook screen as our cases state the maximum screen size they will accept.
We will always accept a product for return for any reason provided that it is within 28 days of despatch from us and that the product is received by us in its original condition and packaging. Please let us know the reason for the return for our records and so that we can address any issues. The original purchase price of the goods will be refunded onto the card used for purchase. Carriage costs will not be refunded.
All the goods we supply carry the manufacturer’s normal warranty. In addition, we will always guarantee the goods for a period of 12 months.
